At the December 2009 AGM, the members of 3 Counties Model Flying Club decided that the alternative fields which have been found to replace the Caddington site were not suitable for 3 Counties MFC and that negotiations with these site owners should be terminated. In view of the long leadtimes required to find a suitable alternative and negotiate use, it was decided that 3 Counties MFC could not continue as a viable active model flying Club and the membership voted that 3 Counties MFC should be disbanded and the assets of the club divided equally between club members.

The Committee are actioning these requests and members will soon receive details of their share of assets, except those members who have indicated they would like their share donated for other purposes.
